Durring the second split teams from both regoins within a conference will be divied based on current standings to determine matchups for split two. The top four teams from each region in the conference will each play each other once durring this split. The bottom four teams from each region in the conference will also play each other once durring split two. After the conclusion of the second split there will be a mid-season event comprising of an all-star week and mid season tournament featuring the top two team from each region. After the conclusion of split three there will be a worlds. tournament. The worlds tournament will be a lan event held in a differing location each year. The tournament will be comprised of the top two teams from each region for a total of sixteen teams. The first round of the tournament will be a group stage. There will be four groups of for teams. This will be a round robin style group stage. The top two teams from each group will advance to the playoffs. The playoffs will be a double elimination style bracket. Fourth is head to head games record. If after all of that there is still a tie the two teams will play a tie breaker match that will be a best of five. If this match is to determine who makes it to worlds out of the region (most likely scenario being a tie for second in a region where the winner goes to worlds and loser stays home) or to determine who ends up in the relegation zone, then being such an important match it will be played at the worlds lan location prior to the start of the tournament.
Relegation: As this a franchised league it isn't obvious how promotion and relegation fit in. It will work as follows. Teams that end up in the bottom two of their region at the end of a season will be in the relegation zone. The players of each of these teams will play against two teams from that region who made it through an open qualifier. These four rosters will play each other in a round robin style event. At the end of the event the top two rosters will be the rosters for the two franchises that ended in the relegation zone last season. If a roster is from one of these franchises then they shall return to that same franchise. If both advancing rosters are from the open qulifier then the top roster shall go the franchise that placed last and the second roster will go to the franchise that placed second to last durrin the previous season.
Promo-Rel round robin event: This event will consist of best of five matches only. Each team will play each other once. Aftert this if there are no ties that affect who the top two rosters are then the event ends with these results. If there is a tie that impacts who the top two rosters are then the tied rosters will play each other once and if there is still a tie then another round will be held.
